Galicia will be the starting point of La Vuelta Femenina 26 by Carrefour.es on May 3. The Galician region takes over from Barcelona as host of the Official Start of the women’s race, which will celebrate its fourth edition in 2026.

A regular host territory for La Vuelta, Galicia previously welcomed the Ceratizit Challenge by La Vuelta in 2021, with all four stages of that edition held entirely within the region.

The organisation will unveil the route of La Vuelta Femenina 26 by Carrefour.es during a ceremony to be held on March 9 at 7:00 PM at the Auditorio Municipal de Ribeira (Av. Constitución 2, 15960 Ribeira, A Coruña). The event will be broadcast on RTVE and on the digital channels of La Vuelta Femenina by Carrefour.es.
